What happens after I place my order?

You'll receive a confirmation email at the address you provided. If you don't see it in your inbox, check your spam folder.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse within one day.

What should I do if I entered an incorrect address?

If you notice that the address you provided is incorrect, please contact us immediately. Please include "URGENT" in the subject line so we can correct the error before the order ships. If a package cannot be delivered due to an incomplete address, we unfortunately cannot offer compensation.

How can I track my order?

After shipping, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that it can take 2 to 4 days for the tracking information to update, so please be patient.

When can I expect my order?

Our estimated delivery times per country are:

Where is my package shipped from?

We are a small company that works with global logistics partners to offer affordable shipping to various countries, which allows us to offer good prices.

What happens if orders are lost or stolen?

Dyversa is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been reported as delivered by the courier. We do not offer refunds for orders confirmed as delivered by the courier but reported as lost or stolen.
