Payment terms

When you place an order in the webshop, you can choose from the following payment methods:

- iDeal

- Bancontact

- Credit card (AMEX, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa)

In exceptional cases, it may happen that a payment on the webshop fails, but the order is still placed. You will then automatically receive a message from our customer service that the payment has not been successful and that it still needs to be done. Only orders that have been paid with one of the above payment methods will be processed and shipped.
